Our visitation monitoring services are designed to support families navigating court-ordered visitation, high-conflict custody arrangements, and transitional family situations — always with professionalism, compassion, and discretion.

Supervised Visitation Monitoring

DMF Consulting Group offers neutral, structured, and fully supervised visitation services that comply with California Family Code §3200.5. Visits take place in a safe, emotionally supportive setting — whether in a public venue, private facility, or approved community location. Our trained monitors ensure that each interaction prioritizes the child’s safety, emotional well-being, and dignity.

Telephone or Virtual Monitoring

In cases where in-person visitation is not possible or appropriate, DMF Consulting Group offers monitored telephone or virtual visits, allowing the non-custodial parent and child to maintain communication through secure, three-way or video calls.

Monitors remain present for the duration of the session to document the interaction and ensure all guidelines are followed. Calls may be paused or terminated at any time if the emotional safety of the child is at risk.

Supervised Safe Exchanges

We also provide monitored custody exchanges, ensuring that children are transferred safely between custodial and non-custodial parents without the need for direct contact or interaction between the adults involved. This service is ideal for families with restraining orders, past conflict, or ongoing legal proceedings.

All transitions are facilitated in a neutral location with the goal of reducing stress, enhancing child safety, and minimizing parental conflict.

Court-Ordered Reports & Documentation

When required by the court or requested by a party or their attorney, DMF Consulting Group can provide detailed written reports of supervised visits or monitored exchanges. These reports include factual observations, direct quotes, and relevant events documented during the visit.

Please note: Reports are objective in nature and do not contain personal opinions or recommendations regarding custody or future visitation. A separate administrative fee may apply.

Payment & Fees

All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of each scheduled service.
We accept: Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, and all major credit cards via Square.
No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled appointments without proper notice.

Our team will provide a rate sheet and intake documents during the initial consultation. Sliding scale options may be available based on need or case complexity.
