Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be requested for paid services under the following conditions:

The service was not delivered as outlined in the original service agreement or workshop description.

The request is submitted within the appropriate refund window (see below).

The request includes a clear explanation of the concern or dissatisfaction.
Refund Request Timeframes
Workshops and Trainings (Virtual or In-Person):

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made 3–6 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or for no-shows.
Consulting Services:

If you are unsatisfied with the initial consultation or service session, you may request a refund within 5 business days of the session date.

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of DMF Consulting Group.
Digital Products (e.g., PDFs, Downloads):

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless the product is defective or inaccessible.

If you are unable to access your digital file or experience technical difficulties, please contact us for support.
Type of Refunds Issued

Refunds may be full or partial, depending on the situation and timing.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment unless otherwise arranged.

Allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Services

Custom consulting plans or packages once work has begun.

Event deposits marked as 'non-refundable' at the time of booking.

No refunds for dissatisfaction due to misinterpretation of service descriptions or personal preferences outside the scope of agreed deliverables.

A brief explanation of your request
All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and a decision will be communicated via email.
Policy Updates
DMF Consulting Group reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
